About the Role
The Media Control Center Operator (Bilingual) supports the daily transmission of hundreds of inbound and outbound feeds and monitors distribution platforms. This role collaborates with Fox Sports, Entertainment, and News teams to innovate and test new distribution solutions. As part of the Media Operations team, you’ll deliver a high-quality viewer experience across Fox networks, digital platforms, mobile applications, websites, and licensing partnerships.

Responsibilities
Media Control Center Tech Operations
- Perform QA, monitoring, reporting, and incident management across linear, streaming (OTT), and digital platforms
- Monitor and switch all inbound and outbound transmission systems
- Conduct live transmission signal check-ins with remote production venues during live events
- Troubleshoot and resolve signal quality and routing issues according to standard operating procedures
- Set up equipment to receive and distribute feeds to and from the media control center
- Support communication with management teams, affiliates, and third-party partners
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery teams
- Partner with Live Media, Consumer Products & Engineering, and other Media Operations teams
- Step in to assist other areas as needed
- Work closely with all business units to provide world-class customer service

Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills with your team and customers
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s Degree (not required)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as 4K High Dynamic Range and HDR10+
- Customer service experience
- Experience resetting passwords via Active Directory or Okta, resolving login problems, or setting up AWS WorkSpaces
Pay
The pay rate for this role is $28.75–31.00 per hour, with the final offer dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
