Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
- Train well to meet high expectations and deliver results for our customers.
- Enjoy a fun, hardworking atmosphere and be given opportunities to learn and grow.
- Work 2+ weekends per month and some weeknight availability.
- Be available on holidays as needed.
- Have a strong understanding of running and activity background, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Work collaboratively within the team and environment.
- Support our mission to provide excellent customer service and run specialty store experiences.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of running and activity background.
- Ability to explain technical features to customers.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
