About the role

As a service staff member at Hotel Twenty-Three, you will be the face of our breakfast and dinner hall. You are responsible for welcoming guests, registering their hotel room, taking orders, and serving drinks. You are social, hospitable, and ensure everyone feels welcome. You can advise guests on dishes and beverages and surprise them with new flavors and combinations. You will work in a dynamic team where we support and challenge each other to bring out the best in ourselves.

While experience in hospitality is a plus, it is not required. If you are eager to learn and grow, we will provide the space for you to develop within our company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register hotel guests
• Take food and drink orders
• Serve beverages and meals
• Advise guests on menu options and create memorable experiences
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Requirements

• Flexible attitude and availability for varying shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch
