What You'll Do

• Ensure the well-being of residents through proper medication management.
• Administer prescribed medications to residents under supervision.
• Record and document medication administration and resident responses.
• Maintain accurate and timely medication management by collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Perform other nursing assistant responsibilities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects.
• Assist with other resident care tasks as needed, following protocols and procedures.

Pay

Rate of Pay: USD $23.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.

Qualifications

• Valid state certification as a Medication Technician (CNA-M).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Dedication to upholding high standards of medication administration and resident care.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
