Med Tech/Caregiver in Memory Care

About the role

Medication staff in Memory Care at Cherrywood Village are responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. They follow resident care plans and physician's orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians.
• Follow resident care plans and physician's orders to maintain resident safety and well-being.
• Comply with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
• Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Part-time in Memory Care, Sundays & Tuesdays from 1:45 pm - 10:15 pm. 8 Hour Shifts.
