Med Tech/Caregiver

About the role

Medication/Caregiver staff at Paradise Village ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physicians' orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication as prescribed by physicians and outlined in resident care plans.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being in compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards.
• Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (training available upon hire).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

• Part-time in Assisted Living: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.
• Full-time in Assisted Living: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Must have weekend/holiday availability.
