About the role

At Watermark Retirement Communities, we believe a new era of Senior Living starts with you. As a Med Tech (NAYA), you’ll do more than administer medications—you’ll develop meaningful relationships with residents and guide them with wisdom and leadership. This is an overnight shift position (10 PM–6 AM), available full or part time.

Responsibilities

• Safe delivery and administration of medications
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents in assisted living and memory care
• Work some holidays and weekends

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long-term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech
• Experience in a memory care environment preferred
• Passion for working with seniors
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow your skill set
• Completion of the Team Builder Assessment
