About the role

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Med Tech in long-term care, home care, or a related field, with a preference for experience in memory care environments. Applicants must be able to work overnights, holidays, and weekends, and possess excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the safe delivery and administration of medications
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
• Work in a memory care environment
• Work overnights, holidays, and weekends

Requirements

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field
• Preference for experience in memory care environment
• Able to work overnights, holidays, and weekends
• Loves working with seniors
• Team Builder Assessment Skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Great communication skills
