Med/Surg/Tele RN Manager

About the role

The Med/Surg/Tele RN Manager oversees the nursing staff and ensures high-quality patient care at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital. This role is part of a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Manage daily operations and staffing needs
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
• Experience in Med/Surg/Tele settings preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
