About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing care. The RN will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Valid and active RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas
- BLS certification
- Willing to obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
