Med Surg RN - Per Diem

Role: Provides direct patient care as a Med Surg RN in a hospital setting, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality initiatives, develops and documents individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs of patients. Qualifications & Skills: Requires RN license and a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; BSN and <2 years of experience are preferred. Ability to work safely and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team is essential.
