Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Provide clinical guidance to the care team
- Work every other weekend
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience
- An active Illinois/IL license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 30 days
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Illinois
