Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to float to Step-down units as needed. Deliver exceptional healthcare, ensure patient safety, and support team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Flu vaccine received
• Strong communication skills and clinical proficiency
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Adaptability to diverse patient needs
