About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-focused, evidence-based care in a collaborative Medical/Surgical unit.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
- Accurately documenting care and progress in electronic medical records
- Preparing patients and families for discharge with education and support
- Advocating for patients to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care
Requirements
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Experience in Med/Surg or acute care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
Pay
Hourly rate: $30-42/hr + 10% shift differential
