Med-Surg RN - 10,000 Sign on Bonus

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgement, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiople patient care priorities. This role works closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promet patient safety, support recovery, and achieve quality clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Assess patients upon admission and throughout their hospital stay, identifying changes in condition and responding appropriately.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and prescribed treatment.Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with provider orders and established clinical protocols.Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, symptoms, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns when necessary. Required Qualifications 1 year of RN experienceActive RN License in the State of Florida or multi-state compact licenseNursing Degree BLS certification Shifts All Shifts are 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends.
