About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and communicates individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Less than two years of experience preferred (no prior experience required).
• No supervisory experience needed.
• This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
