MED REC FACILITATOR - PHARMACY

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or have an LPN license before the onset of duties.
• National certification for pharmacy technicians is preferred, acceptance into a professional post graduate program (medicine or pharmacy), or a minimum of 2 years experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work in stressful environments.
• Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Pharmacy/healthcare experience with direct patient care roles is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Normal hospital environment.
• Close eye work.
• Hearing within normal range.
• Operates computer, typewriter, calculator.
• Finger dexterity.
• Eye-hand coordination.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking.
• May lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
