About the role
Crowne Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at a long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. The position offers 12-hour shifts and both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Computer documentation including assessment of resident’s current status
- Observation and reporting of any changes in resident’s status to MD/sponsors as necessary
- Ordering medications from pharmacy
- Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Wound care
- Collecting and processing lab samples
Qualifications
- LPN License or Temporary PN License
- Must pass background and drug screen
