Med Aide-PT

Tea Retirement Living is currently seeking a Medication Aide in Tea, SD.

About the role

This position requires a motivated and highly organized individual who can establish trust and build excellent rapport with residents and their families. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and deeply caring about the people they serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication management
• Support daily living activities
• Ensure safety and comfort of residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations
