Med Aide - Part-Time Evenings

About the Role

Join CountryHouse Lincoln I, an Agemark Senior Living community specializing in memory care, as a Part-Time Medication Aide. You'll provide compassionate care, build lasting relationships with residents, and help create a safe, engaging, and comforting environment. This role involves approximately 3 evening shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders while ensuring accuracy and resident safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Observe for changes in resident condition, document appropriately, and communicate concerns with the nursing team.
• Develop trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help foster a welcoming, supportive community where residents feel valued and cared for.

Requirements

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, dependable, and passionate about caring for older adults.
• Comfortable with medication documentation and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
