Job Responsibilities

  • Maintenance & repair of industrial machinery such as hydraulic & electric injection molding machines, gantry & articulating robots, auxiliary/support equipment, along with custom designed assembly equipment.
  • Understand complex electrical, hydraulic, & mechanical systems such as:
    • Servo electric drives/motors
    • Digital & analog control systems
    • Closed loop proportional controls
    • Hydraulic pumps, directional control, & logic (cartridge) valves
    • Ball screws, & precision mechanical control

  • Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
    • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping and performing repetitive tasks
    • Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task (dexterity)
    • Hand-eye coordination
    • All employees must wear approved safety glasses

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
    • 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing maintenance field
    • Experience working with injection molding, custom automation and PLC programming skills are highly preferred
    • Must have a basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting
    • Willing and able to work overtime
    • Ability to work 2nd
