Job Responsibilities

Provides leadership, planning, coordination, and responsibility for assisting in the management and marketing of the Industrial Electronics Technology and Mechatronics Technology Departments, including enrollment, student instruction, student advisement, retention, recruitment, and the provision of services to the College and community. Responsibilities include curriculum and instructional development, as well as assessment functions related to program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes.

About the Role

The Industrial Electronics Technology and Mechatronics Technology Departments require a leader who can manage and market the departments effectively. This individual will be responsible for various aspects of the department, including student enrollment, instruction, advisement, retention, recruitment, and providing services to the College and community.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline or an associate degree with demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline is required.
  • Two to three (2–3) years of maintenance-related work experience is preferred.
  • A degree in IEE and/or MCT Technology or a related field is also preferred.
