Mechatronic Engineer
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Company: Rankin Automation About Us: ... (company description). Summary: ... (role description). Essential Functions: list of duties. Competencies: list of skills/requirements. Work Environment: location, travel, equipment. Physical Demands: physical requirements. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: full-time, schedule. Required Education and Experience: education/experience. Preferred Education and Experience: preferred. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: none. Then some corporate info about Flow Control Group, Why Build a Career with Us? (benefits, training, career growth). Then Equal Opportunity Employer boilerplate (remove).
We need to map to sections.
We have:
- About the role: could be Summary + About Us? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
About the role: could be summary description: "Rankin Automation is expanding our engineering team to support the growth of automation in manufacturing. The Application Engineer will be a contributing engineer who is primarily a technical resource to support the sales team and helps salespeople and customers select the best solution within Rankin Automation’s product lines. This role will focus on solving manufacturing problems using robotics, pneumatics, motion control, sensors, and safety devices. If you are tired of doing the same work every day, this role is your opportunity to engage in new tasks and learning opportunities."
That's substantive.
Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
Requirements/Qualifications: Required Education and Experience (required) and Preferred Education and Experience (preferred). Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide.
Skills: Competencies list (skills).
Benefits: Why Build a Career with Us? includes benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, competitive 401(k) matching, career growth opportunities, employee referral program, paid time off and holidays, parental leave, training (FCG University), career growth opportunities, mentorship, etc. Also "Everyone’s an Owner of the Company" (employee ownership program). So we have benefits.
Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional evening/weekend work. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Also Work Environment and Physical Demands could be part of About the role or maybe separate sections like Work Environment, Physical Demands but not in the allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map other info into those sections. For example, Work Environment could go under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role can include work environment details. Physical Demands could be part of Requirements? Might be better to include under Requirements or Qualifications? But we should not invent sections not in list. So we need to fit all substantive info into allowed headings.
We can include:
- About the role: company description + role summary + work environment + physical demands? Might be too much but okay.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
- Requirements: Required Education and Experience (maybe also Physical Demands? but physical demands is not education/experience). Could be part of Requirements? Might be okay.
- Qualifications: Preferred Education and Experience (maybe also certifications). Could combine with Requirements but we need separate headings only if content exists. Could have both Requirements and Qualifications.
- Skills: Competencies list.
- Benefits: Why Build a Career with Us? (benefits, ownership, training, career growth).
- Schedule: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work.
We must not include Pay.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive information: need to include details like key suppliers list, travel, equipment, etc.
Let's extract details.
