Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED; technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in industrial maintenance, preferably in high-speed manufacturing; can-making experience strongly desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain troubleshooting; experience with gearbox rebuilds, conveyors, palletizers, and related systems.
- Tools and Systems: Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, precision measurement instruments, and basic computer applications, including MS Office and SAP.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
