Our team specializes in Communication, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Accessory, and Lighting systems-critical components that keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently. With innovative DER and minor repairs, we help our customers extend component life, reduce costs, and keep operations moving.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components.
  • Work to ensure that customer orders are completed within the Repair Group's standards and procedures.
  • Qualified on several units and can work independently.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated.
  • Ensure the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements.
  • Record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.
  • Perform the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree.
  • Minimum two years' related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs and charts.
