Required Skills Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshootingStrong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and rotating equipmentCaterpillar Engine Experience is requiredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsProficient in using diagnostic tools and hand/mechanical toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork abilities Nice To Have Skills Welding and fabrication experienceWaukesha Engine experience is highly preferred; Aerial Compressor experience is highly preferredExperience with predictive maintenance technologiesFamiliarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulationsBasic understanding of control systems Preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferredSome knowledge in gas process, mechanic of motor compressorsMinimum of 2+ years in a similar mechanical maintenance role in industrial or energy environments Other Requirements Eligible to work in the United States; must pass relevant background checksAbility to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as neededValid driver’s license may be required for site access Take the next step in your career journey!
