Responsibilities
- Overhauls and builds new fuel systems.
- Evaluates cores and their associated documents before beginning assembly and test.
- Confirms and understands the accuracy of documented information and the parts in the bin before Assembly begins.
- Ensures that the assembly and test of the fuel system is in compliance with Airflow's Quality Manual requirements.
- Conforms to quality procedures, standard operating procedures, and company work instructions always seeking continuous improvement.
- Maintains the Quality System based on current knowledge and understanding of the required procedural conformances.
Requirements
- Pass pre-employment drug test, and any random drug tests.
- Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate documentation.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years mechanical experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team always following procedural processes.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to accurately perform basic computer tasks in Company ERP system.
