Mechanical Technician- 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and repair tasks using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
• Inspect components and completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
• Safely operate equipment while following all workplace safety procedures
• Perform light computer work, including data entry, reporting, and documentation of completed tasks
• Work on ladders up to 6 feet as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 6 feet
• Basic computer skills (data entry, simple reporting)
• Ability to follow work instructions and work independently or on a team
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Work Environment

• Combination of shop/industrial and field work environments
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
