Mechanical Tech/Electrical Controls- Night Shift Sun-Wed

About the role

$5,000 hiring bonus. Work schedule: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM with occasional overtime, Sunday–Wednesday. LALA US manufactures Yogurt Smoothie, Crema Mexicana, and Blended Yogurt in a clean, well‑lit, highly automated production facility that offers career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test systems and consult technical publications.
• Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production lines and associated systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor based on business and production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of maintenance experience with knowledge of robotics, automation, and PLCs.
• Strong background in electro/mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to maintain regular and prompt attendance as scheduled by the department supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
