Mechanical Superintendent (Data Centers)

Responsibilities
- Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are available to execute the project.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your team and the environment.
- Leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose, and guiding them forward.
- Collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Create estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, project execution plans, and construction documents.
- Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings or reviews with the owner and designers.
- Lead client and construction meetings.
- Lead constructability reviews.
- Have multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA).
- Be a safety leader (JHA’s revision / SPA daily signed-off permits).
- Oversee quality assurance construction.
- Manage the turn-over process including TOP’s, punch list, and walk-downs with contractors and owners.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of construction site experience.
- At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
- Experience with stainless steel process piping, equipment installation, testing, and passivation.
- Prior experience managing Union contractors, including Civil, Structural, and Architectural trade contractors.
- Experience with Data Center projects is a plus.
Qualifications
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proficient in using software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
Skills
- Multi-discipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA).
- Safety leadership (JHA’s revision / SPA daily signed-off permits).
- Quality assurance construction.
- Turnover process management (TOP’s, punch list, walk-downs).

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $111,100.00 to $152,700.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
