About the role

Perform visual inspections of weld locations, paint, hardware installation in accordance with the drawing. Inspection of cabinets prior to finish and after finish. Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions. Review inspection reports, First Article Inspections (FAIs), travelers, certifications, and standards-specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final source inspections
• Read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning, and tolerances per ANSI/ASME Y 14.5
• Perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, welded, and assembled components
• Use Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Schedule

• Frequency: 1-2 times per month for 2 days each
• Duration: 12+ months (W2 contract)
