Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
• Manage project financial outcomes, projections, and reporting.
• Procure materials and equipment.
• Manage change orders.
• Manage owner/client relations.
• Manage project cash flow.
• Manage personnel.

• Demonstrated ability to perform business mathematical functions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time and details.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, and suppliers.
