Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Oversee project deliveries, scheduling, and labor projections.
• Manage project financials including invoicing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Lead the submittal, RFI, coordination drawing, and closeout processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered within established gross margin targets.
• Cookordination construction activities across internal teams, field installation, and VDC/BIM groups.
• Prepare and deliver project-related presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in company-wide initiatives, training, and team meetings.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to expand project knowledge and technical expertise.
• Meet all project requirements related to schedule, technical performance, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience (3–5 years in mechanical construction).
• Minimum 4+ years of verifiable Project Management experience in HVAC mechanical and/or plumbing construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, and MS Office is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and an ability to drive projects from kickoff to completion.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to quality and safety.
