Role Summary

Perform assembly and disassembly of standard mechanical products.

Technical Skills

• Use hand tools correctly
• Use torque tools properly
• Follow assembly instructions
• Replace mechanical components
• Perform visual inspections
• Conduct basic testing

Product Knowledge

• Common mechanical assemblies
• Fastener identification
• Basic printer mechanisms

Requirements

• Correct assembly procedures
• Proper torque application
• Less than 2% of rework
• Handling items up to 20 lbs

Certification Requirements

Practical Examination: Complete assembly and disassembly exercises.
