ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, purchase orders, statement of work and standards to determine quality status
- Use precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance
- Ability to perform GD&T measurement to verify the compliance of complex detailed or completed components and/or assemblies of aircraft and/or ground support vehicles
- Determine acceptance, rejection of materials presented for inspection and performing non-conformance reporting
- Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections
- Good organizational skills and utilize Microsoft Office software to accurately document and maintain associated paperwork and inspection results in a consistent and timely fashion
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program for customers internal and external
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- One (1) years Quality experience preferred, minimum of one (1) years working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in AS9100/ISO9000 environments (NADCAP a plus)
- Familiar with AS9102 First Article Inspections
- Finishing Inspection of CARC paint system, MIL-DTL-5541 chemical conversion, Anodizing and plating
- Usage of Inspection softwares such as TIPQA, NetInspect, or HighQA
