About the role

Join one of the most significant construction and infrastructure initiatives currently underway in Michigan. This 1.4 GW hyperscale data center development is expected to become the largest infrastructure project in the state's history. Positions available: Electrical Project Manager and Mechanical Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale data center construction activities within your respective discipline (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field execution.
  • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, design teams, and trade partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Drive quality, safety, and compliance throughout all phases of construction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule commitments.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of data center construction experience.
  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center projects strongly preferred.
  • Proven managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Saline, Michigan.

Pay

Pay rate: up to $125.00/hour; pay range $75.00 - $125.00/hr based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Standard Business Hours with minimal overtime; 2‑year contract; 100% onsite, 5 days per week in Saline, MI; start date ASAP.
