About the role

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems in various projects. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems for new projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and contractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical project management
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD

Pay
