What You Will Be Doing

  • Involves with all facets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out
  • A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other team members
  • Review submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings
  • Processes submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needs
  • Work closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the project
  • RFI's: review, write, log, submit and track
  • Understand scope of design change documents
  • File project documentation
  • Understand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assemble O&M manuals
  • Job site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per month

What We Are Looking For

  • Construction Management or Engineer Degree is a plus, but not required
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
  • Honesty, integrity, reliability. Someone that does what they say they are going to do
  • Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Solutions oriented
  • Great organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts
