Mechanical Project Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Project Engineer will play a crucial role in the design and execution of various projects, from conceptual stages through to completion. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in all aspects including client interfacing, technical excellence, and managing schedules.
• Manage construction costs and lifecycle analyses.
• Interface with clients and staff to represent the mechanical discipline effectively.
• Manage small projects and serve as the secondary point of contact on larger projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in architectural engineering consulting.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Expertise in mechanical discipline.
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis.
• Experience managing small projects and/or functioning as the secondary point of contact on larger projects.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the mechanical discipline.
• Demonstrated success in technical/formal communication with clients and staff.
• Prioritization of technical skills and formal communication.
