Mechanical Project Engineer
The Role
The Mechanical Project Engineer – Counce Mill position supports the mill's goals by providing mechanical engineering support, planning, developing, coordinating, and directing projects to a successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct mechanical engineering projects to meet or exceed mill goals.
- Implement projects to achieve desired results.
- Adhere to mill safety regulations and promote safety.
- Install projects for ease of maintenance and operations.
- Provide necessary documentation and recommended spare parts.
- Ensure adequate training is provided.
- Contribute to mill improvement projects.
- Secure and direct the services of outside consultants when required.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the paper industry

Compensation
Starting salary range for the position: $95,000 to $125,000.
