About the role

We’re looking for a Mechanical Construction Superintendent who knows how to run complex plumbing projects with authority, clarity, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. You’ll lead field operations across commercial and industrial jobs throughout the Phoenix market, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and communication stay exactly where they need to be.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day field operations for plumbing scopes on commercial and industrial projects
• Managing crews, foremen, subcontractors, and field coordination
• Ensuring installation quality meets project specifications, codes, and company standards
• Driving jobsite safety culture and enforcing all safety protocols
• Coordinating with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and vendors
• Monitoring labor, materials, equipment, and productivity to keep the project on schedule
• Supporting layout, sequencing, and planning to maintain workflow efficiency
• Leading jobsite meetings, daily reports, and progress documentation
• Managing punch lists, testing, inspections, and turnover activities

Requirements

• Strong background in plumbing systems for commercial and/or industrial construction
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and installation details
• Proven experience leading field teams on mechanical or plumbing projects
• Clear, direct communication with both field and office teams
• A proactive mindset — you solve problems before they become delays
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional jobsite leadership
