Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work efficiently and in accordance with plans and specifications, and ColonialWebb fabrication standards; advise the respective Project Manager as conflicts occur.
- Document and provide marked-up submittals to Project Manager showing any modifications, or discrepancies related to inline duct and piping devices.
- Monitor and report to the respective Project Manager when coordination and detailing require work not indicated on the contract drawings.
- Generate full coordination drawings and provide all necessary paperwork to complete the task.
- Provide clear, dimensional, and accurate drawings.
- Visit job sites as necessary to complete work assignments.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand contract drawings, specs, and submittals.
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner.
- Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, but remain calm when handling emergencies.
Qualifications
- Possess field experience as a construction sheet metal mechanic or sheet metal foreman.
Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical piping principles.
- Ability to apply this knowledge to complex commercial piping systems.

Pay
$55,000 - $93,000
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. Unscheduled overtime may be required, as necessary.
