About The Position

The Nuclear Technical Instructor develops, administers, and maintains training programs to support the Qualification Programs at Callaway Energy Center (CEC), ensuring full accreditation for the CEC in their specific discipline. They also ensure the CEC complies with National Academy for Nuclear Training (NANT) requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering formal classroom training, including laboratory/simulator instruction
• Evaluation of trainee performance
• Scheduling and coordinating training course presentations
• Supporting implementation of SAT that meets or exceeds industry standards
• Providing on-site and off-site training
• Maintaining Condition Reports and industry trends for training lesson plans
• Documenting all training conducted in accordance with procedures
• Maintaining individual qualifications through participation in training programs
• Assuming ERO duties during refueling outages
