Mechanical I - Intern Nuclear

Responsibilities

• Afford assistance with calculations, modifications, and designs.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate conditions and develop design changes.
• Contribute to improving plant performance, safety, and reliability through engineering and design activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective time management skills.
• Understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to pass security and drug screening and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access.
• Overtime work and travel to client sites with periods of field/office work required.
• Ability to perform walk downs of equipment in an industrial plant environment, including climbing ladders, accessing security-controlled areas, and entering confined spaces and controlled hazardous areas.
