About the role

Anticipated starting pay range: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of complex construction projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used on projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects in advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, or commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies.
• Understanding of contract negotiations and legal aspects of construction projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
