About the role
Anticipated starting pay range: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and execution of complex construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used on projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing projects in advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies.
- Understanding of contract negotiations and legal aspects of construction projects.
