Mechanical Engineering Project Manager
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project execution including project organization, subconsultants management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and reporting to deliver a full range of mechanical and design engineering services that include complex, multi-disciplinary projects through planning, design and construction.
Lead and participate in technical guidance and project scoping activities providing technical leadership and direction to project teams.
Lead and participate in technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, ensuring company quality standards (including internal quality control and risk management protocols such as peer reviews), and drive customer value.
Provide technical guidance, design and skill-based solutions to project teams, vendors and clients to drive project delivery.
Ensures compliance with all regulations and permitting requirements.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required. (MD or PA preferred.)
- Ability to be the “Designer of Record” when required.
- Strong technical expertise, specifically in MEP/Facilities space.
- Knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Ability and motivation to obtain PE in additional states desirable.
- Experience with sustainability and LEED project certification is a plus.

Benefits
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $101,000.00-$177,000.00. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays.
Pay
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law.
Schedule
Most of our team enjoys a hybrid schedule, which allows us to offer this role in one of our Mid-Atlantic offices: Hunt Valley, MD or Mechanicsburg, PA.
