• Explore and apply engineering disciplines such as power, control, communication, packaging, magnetics, and thermal.
• Develop creative problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills through real engineering challenges.
• Learn and adhere to industry standards, procedures, and best practices that define engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Top‑notch organizational abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Completed sophomore year in an accredited engineering university or technical program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Demonstrated drive to identify and implement improvements.
• Prior mechanical engineering internship experience and solid skills in SolidWorks.
• Interest or coursework in areas such as FEA, CFD, sheet‑metal design, plastics, castings, heat transfer, magnetics, generators, internal‑combustion engines, or electronics packaging.
