Job Summary
This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services.
About the Role
Designs and completes modifications on various military vehicle and aircraft platforms in support of the warfighter. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
Responsibilities
- Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy.
- Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
- Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, SolidWorks or similar software.
- Experience with creation, review, and approval of engineering change documentation.
- Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Qualifications
- Experience with 3D parametric modeling in CATIA, SolidWorks or similar software.
- Experience with creation, review, and approval of engineering change documentation.
- Experience creating ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills
- Experience working in an aerospace environment.
- Experience with Catia V5, Creo, SolidWorks or other 3D parametric modeling program.

- Full-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00

- Pay Information: Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- (Washington state applicants only): Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
