About the role
As a Mechanical Engineer II E&U in our Baltimore office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Responsibilities
- Exercise independent judgment to develop and document utility master plans, concept plans, and system designs from information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.
- Work on projects ranging from designing central utility plants (steam, hot water, chilled water, district energy, CHP and geothermal) for large higher education campuses, healthcare facilities, industrial/manufacturing facilities, government facilities, and plant betterment projects for utility plants.
Requirements
- BSA or BSME degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience designing central utility plant and campus infrastructure systems in technically sophisticated facilities.
- PE License or ability to become licensed.
- Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
- EIT certification (Passed the FE exam) a plus.

Skills

Pay
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000.
