We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "If you’re looking for a firm..." etc. That's like about the role/company. Also "A Day in the Life of a Mechanical Engineer (EIT) at Hanson" is description of duties. Then "What We're Looking For" includes Education & Experience, Technical Skills, Professional Skills, Additional Requirements. Then "Benefits". Also salary range. Also maybe "Culture" section? There's a "Culture About" part. Should we include a Culture section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There is content about culture: inclusive workforce, monthly webinars etc. So we can have a Culture section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can choose which sections to include based on content. We have: About the role (intro). Responsibilities (day in the life). Requirements (education & experience). Qualifications (maybe technical skills? but we can combine). Skills (professional skills). Benefits. Pay (salary range). Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Salary range is given: $95,000 – $115,000 depending on experience. That's specific, so include Pay section. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, unsolicited resumes etc. Also remove "Want to know more? Visit our benefits page". Also remove "AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EEO — EMPLOYER". Also remove "If you’re looking for a firm..." maybe that's about the role; keep. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the bullet lists etc. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Thus structure:

    About the role

If you’re looking for a firm that encourages innovative thinking and challenges you every day, with an opportunity to learn and advance, a career at Hanson is right for you. The belief in sustainability within our company’s practices creates a focus on client success and partnerships that are important to our communities and our environment.

    Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Mechanical Engineer (EIT) at Hanson As a Mechanical Engineer (EIT), you will support the planning, design, and construction of building mechanical systems for a variety of facility projects. Working alongside engineers and project managers, you will help develop innovative and practical solutions for clients while gaining experience across multiple project types.

    • Conduct facility studies, assessments, and evaluations, including:
      • Existing system due diligence reviews
      • Facility condition assessments
      • Feasibility and conceptual design studies
      • Probable construction costs
      • Indoor air quality evaluations
      • Utility master planning
    • Assist in the design of:
      • HVAC systems
      • Building automation systems and energy management systems
      • Plumbing systems
      • Fire protection systems
      • Special piping systems
    • Prepare construction drawings and contract documents using Revit.
    • Perform field investigations and document existing mechanical systems.
    • Assist engineers with:
      • Load calculations
      • Energy modeling
      • Equipment selection
      • System layouts and design development
    • Support the preparation of technical specifications, reports, and design documentation.
    • Participate in shop drawing reviews and construction administration activities.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by project and department leadership.
But note: we should not nest lists? The instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists, but we can keep simple. Could flatten: each bullet as a duty. However the original had sub-bullets. We can keep nested lists; still
      • . That's fine. Next section: Requirements (Education & Experience). Could be

        Requirements

        with

        Education & Experience

then list. But we might combine Education & Experience as part of Requirements. Use

        Requirements

        then

        Education & Experience

        then
with items. Similarly Technical Skills, Professional Skills, Additional Requirements could be separate sections: Qualifications, Skills, etc. But we have limited headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - Requirements: Education & Experience - Qualifications: Technical Skills - Skills: Professional Skills - Additional Requirements maybe also under Requirements or Qualifications? Could add another section but we only have those headings. Could put Additional Requirements under Requirements as well. But we need to preserve all info. Could create multiple sections: Requirements (Education & Experience), Qualifications (Technical Skills), Skills (Professional Skills), Additional Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements). However we have only one "Requirements" heading allowed; but we can still have multiple sections with same heading? Probably not; better to use the allowed headings flexibly: we can have Requirements for education & experience, Qualifications for technical skills, Skills for professional skills, and Additional Requirements maybe under Requirements as well. But we have also Benefits, Pay. Let's decide:

          About the role

          ...

          Responsibilities

          ...

            ...

          Requirements

          Education & Experience

          • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
          • Minimum of four (4) years of experience designing and drafting (modeling) mechanical building systems (including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection).
          • Experience with building systems commissioning is a plus.
          • E.I.T. certification.
          • PE or ability to get licensed in one (1) year a plus.

          Qualifications

          Technical Skills

          • Proficiency with Revit.
          • Experience with Trane Trace or similar energy modeling/load calculation software is preferred.
          • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
          • Ability to interpret construction documents, including engineering drawings and specifications.

          Skills

          Professional Skills

          • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
          • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
          • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technical concepts and software tools.
          • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
          • Interest in supporting a variety of project types and technical assignments.
We also have Additional Requirements: ability to collaborate with multiple office locations, willingness to travel occasionally, ability to work additional hours when necessary. Could be placed under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Could add another section but we don't have a heading for that. Could incorporate into Requirements as extra bullets. Let's add to Requirements after the education/experience list: maybe a second
but better to combine. We'll add bullets under Requirements for those. Thus Requirements will have two lists? Could combine all into one list. Let's create Requirements list with all: education/experience, technical? Actually technical is separate Qualifications. So Requirements list includes education/experience plus additional requirements (collaboration, travel, extra hours). We'll keep them together. Thus:

            Requirements

            • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
            • Minimum of four (4) years of experience designing and drafting (modeling) mechanical building systems (including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection).
            • Experience with building systems commissioning is a plus.
            • E.I.T. certification.
            • PE or ability to get licensed in one (1) year a plus.
            • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members located in multiple office locations.
            • Willingness to travel occasionally for project‑related assignments and field investigations.
            • Ability to work additional hours when necessary to meet project schedules and client commitments.
Then Qualifications for Technical Skills, Skills for Professional Skills. Now Benefits: we have list: Competitive compensation, Performance bonuses, 401(k) with matching contribution, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Comprehensive health & well-being plans, Financial wellness plans, Work-life balance programs. We'll make Benefits section. Pay: salary range $95,000 – $115,000 depending on experience. We'll make Pay section. We must not include Schedule. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also removed "Want to know more? Visit our benefits page". Also removed "AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EEO — EMPLOYER". Also removed "If you’re looking for a firm..." we kept as About the role. Check for any duplicated lines: The posting had "If you’re looking for a firm that encourages innovative thinking..." we used that. Also "A Day in the Life of a Mechanical Engineer (EIT) at Hanson" we used as intro to Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information: Did we miss anything? Let's review original text: - Intro paragraph: "Hanson Values Integrity | Commitment | Quality | Relationships | Innovation If you’re looking for a firm that encourages innovative thinking and challenges you every day, with an opportunity to learn and advance, a career at Hanson is right for you. The belief in sustainability within our company’s practices creates a focus on client success and partnerships that are important to our communities and our environment." We used that in About the role.
